The Royal Touch (2014) follows Salvage (2008). In both works a simple circuit of my design reanimates a dead circuit board to create a chaotic multi-voice oscillator. Salvage uses six players (usually drafted from hacking workshops) and a conductor (me.) The Royal Touch is a solo. Fishing weights make nudgeable contacts between my circuit in the Simon Lévelt tea box and the dead board.
